1. Pfizer Can Go After State Assets. (lol, who the hell do they think they are?)
   • “Purchaser, on behalf of itself and the State of Brazil, expressly and irrevocably waives any right of immunity which either it or its assets may have or acquire in the future, … including any assets controlled by any agency, instrumentality, central bank, or monetary authority of Brazil … and immunity against precautionary seizure of any of its assets.”  (Emphasis added.)
     • (In other words, Pfizer can acquire ANY present or future assets of a country in the event Pfizer wins a legal proceeding against a country, in this case, Brazil. Technically these assets can include land, infrastructure, airports, and other assets as normally understood. Pfizer also is given the right to “precautionary seizure”.)
2. Pfizer Secured an “IP Waiver” for Itself. (“we won’t tell you what’s really in the vials“)
3. Pfizer has no liability. (despite its criminal history of harm going back decades – we, the tax payers pay for the product despite how worthless or dangerous they are, and we, the tax payers pay compensation if they prove deadly, but good luck proving you are injured when it’s almost impossible to get past the group-thinking population-wide psychosis of “safe and effective” )
4. Pfizer acknowledges the product is experimental with unknown long-term effects, adverse effects, and efficacy. (“doesn’t even have to work or be safe – but pay us billions anyway”)
   • “Purchaser … acknowledges that the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known.” 
     • (By the time of the signing of the contract, Pfizer and the FDA already knew internally the “vaccine” had serious side effects, reporting 46.5% hospitalizations and 1,223 deaths in the first 3 months of the trial)
5. Pfizer Calls ALL the Shots:
   • Pfizer Reserves the Right to Silence Governments.
   • Private Arbitrators, not Public Courts, Decide Disputes in Secret.
   • Any mention of Pfizer in the press, has to be run by Pfizer first.
   • Trial data and government scientific publications, has to be run by Pfizer first.
6. Pfizer Controls Vaccine Donations.
7. No health advice or early treatment or cures must get in the way of sales.
   • “Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that … [if] any other drug or vaccine to prevent, treat or cure COVID-19 infection is successfully developed or granted authorization earlier than the granting of Authorization for the Product[, this] shall not change the current situation..”  [Emphasis added.]
     • (Explains the unethical and completely barbaric vilification of early treatment & anyone sharing health advice, as well as the banning of HCQ & Ivermectin and the de-registering or threats of doctors and unprecedented censorship)
8. Pfizer will be approved, regardless. (“We will bypass all regulatory agencies and pass every test”?)
   • “(c) Prior to delivery, Pfizer shall comply with all conditions (in the relevant timescales) set out in the Authorization; provided, however, that Purchaser shall grant, or obtain on Pfizer’s behalf, all exemptions, exceptions, and waivers of country specific requirements for the Product granted or permitted by the Government authority …”
     • (Explains why we just approve the jabs under EUA and gave vaccine manufacturers the right to monitor themselves lol.. you can’t make this up… there was never going to be an unbiased third-party double-checking the safety or efficacy and no need for pesky regulatory processes blocking the world’s largest payday… or a global culling &/or digital id / forced-tagging of the slaves)
9. Pfizer does not allow anyone but Pfizer to test the vials
   • (c) continued: “In order to maintain an efficient supply chain for the manufacture, release and supply of the Product, Pfizer will be solely responsible for determination of manufacturing and testing locations and will conduct testing in accordance with the Authorization.  Pfizer will not agree to requests for local testing or requests for lot release protocols or requests for registration samples in this Agreement or in subsequent amendments or extensions of this Agreement.” (Emphasis added.)
     • (So Pfizer basically just delivers the product and our government just accepts the product as safe for the people even if the government has no idea of the vial contents)
     • (“Our government would never do that” I hear you cry.)
       • (And yet, here we are. Where a government agency that is supposed to be protecting us, is relying on the “honour” of these vaccine companies…. despite their publicly-known criminal history)
